Top 5 ways to lose weight...

I struggle with my weight constantly.  Below is a list of the top 5 ways to lose weight and see results...

1.  Always stay active:  Many of the activities that we do burn calories (dancing, sports, gardening, washing the car, etc.

2.  Eat less:  When you put eating less and exercise together, you can't miss.  Only eat when you are hungry, don't eat just because food is around.

3.  Exercise:  Zumba is all the rave now.  Sign up for Zumba classes in your local area.  Classes are as low as $5.00.  Line dancing is also a great way to lose weight.  You are dancing away the pounds.

4.  Eat healthy:  You don't have to count calories, but be conscious of what you eat and the exact amount.  Recommended foods to promote weight loss are vegetables, fruit, and lean sources of meat.

5.  Have realistic expectations and set goals:  Don't jump on the scale every day.  Choose 1 day a week and weigh yourself in the early part of the morning.
